AKIHO UNITED EUROPE SHIBUTEN 2026

For one autumn weekend, the heart of Europe will belong to the Akita Inu.

On 17–18 October 2026, exhibitors, breeders and enthusiasts from across Europe and Japan will gather in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic, for the very first AKIHO United Europe Shibuten.

More than a dog show, this event is designed as a celebration of the Akita Inu, bringing together education, competition, friendship and Japanese tradition.

The weekend will begin on Saturday with an FCI Specialty Show for Akitas, organized in cooperation with KCHMPP z.s., followed by exclusive seminars presented by official AKIHO judges from Japan and a special guest breeder from Odate, the birthplace of the Akita Inu.

On Sunday, participants will experience the authentic AKIHO Shibuten, where all dogs will be evaluated exclusively by official AKIHO judges from Japan according to the traditional Japanese judging system.
