- Areál se otevírá v 7:00

- Posuzování plemene Akita začíná v 9:30 v kruhu č. 1

- Certifikace NINTEI: přibližně 12:00–14:30, po skončení posuzování Akit

- Závěrečné soutěže (BIS): přibližně od 15:00 v hale C

Nezapomeňte si předem vytisknout potvrzení přihlášky a výstavní číslo ze systému DogOffice.

Psi přihlášení k certifikaci NINTEI musí mít s sebou kopii svého průkazu původu FCI.

LOSOVÁNÍ O AKITU MASARU

Účastníci sobotního semináře obdrží los do soutěže o plyšovou Akitu Masaru. Další losy bude možné zakoupit také v neděli přímo na místě. Jednu polovinu losu prosím vhoďte do označeného boxu umístěného na stole v nedělním výstavním kruhu. Druhou polovinu si ponechte pro losování, které proběhne ve 14:00.

PLATBY A PARKOVÁNÍ

Dosud neuhrazené výstavní poplatky je nutné zaplatit v hotovosti nejpozději do 9:00 v den příslušné výstavy. Parkování v areálu je zpoplatněno. Orientační cena je 100 Kč za vozidlo, platba v hotovosti.

DŮLEŽITÉ – STANY, KLECE A VÝSTAVNÍ PROSTORY

Věnujte prosím zvláštní pozornost druhému plánku, který znázorňuje rozložení nedělního výstavního kruhu AKIHO. Stany, klece pro psy a další vybavení je možné umisťovat pouze do vyhrazených prostor. Žlutě vyznačené plochy musí zůstat zcela volné, abychom zajistili pohodlný a ničím neomezený pohyb vystavovatelů kolem výstavního kruhu. Prosíme také o zachování volných vstupů, východů a přístupových cest po celou dobu konání akce.

PŘILOŽENÉ PLÁNKY

Plánek č. 1: Přehled celého výstavního areálu včetně parkovišť, výstavních hal, občerstvení, prodejců a důležitých kontaktů pro případ nouze.

Plánek č. 2: Podrobné rozložení nedělního výstavního kruhu AKIHO včetně registrace a informačního místa, dopoledních posuzovacích kruhů, přípravného prostoru před vstupem do kruhu, prostoru pro diváky, boxu na losy Masaru a vyhrazených míst pro stany.

Rádi bychom všechny vystavovatele požádali o vzájemnou ohleduplnost, dodržování bezpečného odstupu mezi psy a udržování pořádku. Prosíme, uklízejte po sobě i po svých psech, abychom si všichni mohli užít příjemnou a bezpečnou výstavu.

Please remember to print your entry confirmation and exhibitor number from the DogOffice system.

Dogs registered for NINTEI Certification must bring a copy of their FCI pedigree.

MASARU RAFFLE

Participants of Saturday’s seminar will receive a raffle ticket. Additional tickets will also be available for purchase on Sunday at the venue. Please place one half of your ticket in the designated drop box on the table in Sunday’s exhibition ring and keep the other half for the draw at 2:00 PM.

PAYMENTS & PARKING

Outstanding entry fees must be paid in cash by 9:00 AM on the respective show day. Parking at the venue is subject to a fee of approximately CZK 100 per vehicle, payable in cash.

IMPORTANT – TENTS, CAGES & EXHIBITION AREAS

Please pay particular attention to the second map showing the layout of Sunday’s AKIHO exhibition ring. Tents, dog cages and other equipment may only be placed in the designated areas. The yellow-marked areas must remain completely clear to ensure easy and unobstructed movement around the ring for all exhibitors.

Please also keep the entrances, exits and access routes unobstructed throughout the event.

Judging starts at 9:30 AM in Ring No. 1

NINTEI CERTIFICATION - 17 OCTOBER
NINTEI certification will begin in Ring No. 1 after Akita judging has finished

FINAL COMPETITIONS - FROM APPROX. 3:00 PM
The final competitions will take place in Hall C (please see the map)
The following winners will qualify for the final competitions: Best Baby of Breed (BOB Baby), Best Puppy of Breed (BOB Puppy), Best Opposite Sex (BOS), Best Veteran of Breed (BOV), Excellent 1 from the Honour Class, Best Junior of Breed (BOJ), Best of Breed (BOB)
The Best Couple and Best Breeders’ Group competitions will also take place during the final competitions

SPECIAL CLUB CHAMPION TITLE - FOREIGN EXHIBITORS
Winners of the BOB, BOS, BOJ and BOV titles, please don’t forget to apply for your Special Club Champion title, available to foreign exhibitors only. The fee is €20, and both the champion diploma and trophy will be awarded on site

TROPHY COLLECTION & PEDIGREE RECORDS
After judging, please don’t forget to collect your additional trophies at the Prize Collection Point in Hall A, near Ring No. 3. This is also where show results can be recorded in your dog’s pedigree

SHOW AREA & TENTS
All show areas are outdoors but covered. There is space available for exhibitors to set up their own tents
